It was so fun working with Louise from Louise Stidham’s Photography studio Life Is Sweet.  She is awesome and made my time with her less like a job and more like a day out having fun!  Here are a few of my photos from that day.

The reason that I keep letting you guys know about this great radio host is this:  He is not a dream squelcher.  He helped me when he didn’t even know who I was, and really still doesn’t except for this blog.  A kindred spirit possibly; one go-getter helping out another?  I don’t know.  All I do know is that I appreciate him greatly and will never forget what he did for a girl in Arizona on  the week-end of Thanksgiving.  And I am extremely thankful!  To read our story go to:

I was wondering today about the lyrics to this song; I can usually remember the first too lines and then I just start lalalala-ing my way through the rest.  So I googled it and actually found the translation from the original Scottish poem written by Robert Burns in 1788…and since I am part Scottish it would be good to know the song, right?

This is the second time this month that my families planned trip to New Mexico to visit our relatives has had to be cancelled because of snow falling in Flagstaff, Arizona all along the I-17 through I-40 into Alburqurque!  Wow!  It’s going to look like Christmas in our house until the snow melts and we can take all of these gifts there!  Oh well, no problem, I love this time of year!
